had cell bonding with my kids the previous night and I have to admit I'm feeling the aging process hahha okay thats stupid! i'm barely 20...but man I can't stay awake all night like i used to hahha i need my beauty sleep! anyway woke up to a great worship on Sunday morning and i must admit my church main worship team is improving leaps and bounds all of course by the grace of my Lord Jesus Christ.
anyway the message on Life can be Messy and Bad... didn't really have an impact on me. maybe because i'm so used to a messy and bad life that anything else is good hahahha...you know they say when you've reached your lowest point the only thing next is up. and i believe that is true and for the benefit of you peeps out there (whom they maybe) here's some tips from our Lord through David.
Psalm 55:1-23 go read it
Number 1...Share the feelings in your heart i think the best person to share it with is God and of course someone whom you really trust and is capable and matured enough to help you out of it and not wallow in your crappy feelings.
Number 2... State the facts that hurt let's face it...hurts my dear friends are real! now don't be some smart arse and start putting yourself through self-mutilation and thinking that "urgh! the pain i'm feeling now in my heart hurts more than this! (raahhhh! and start slashing yourself or punch the wall...blah blah blah) my question to you is. why then put yourself through more pain and hurt? aint it silly? now now..stating the facts of our hurts with God will not guarantee that we will feel better but hey it sure beats getting yourself severely injured right? and then again, state the hurts to someone again matured spiritually to support you in prayer.
Number 3... Stand by faith in Him Him being Jesus. now Christ didn't bore our shame and pain so that we may only have eternal life but also that through His pain and suffering that we be healed and lack of no good thing. Remember no matter what, only God Himself is constant. The same yesterday, today and forevermore.
